Welcome to Anas Sameer Music. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the "Site") and all digital products and services offered by Anas Sameer Music ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. License & Usage Rights

A. Sample Packs & Soundbanks / Presets
When you purchase a sample pack, soundbank, or preset library from Anas Sameer Music, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio samples, loops, one-shots and synth presets for your own music production and creative projects (including commercial music releases, film, streaming, TV and video games).
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or lease the samples or presets in any form, standalone product, or repackaged sound library.
Upload the raw audio files, presets, or stems to file-sharing websites, torrent networks, or cloud platforms for public access.
Claim individual samples, loops, or sound design presets as your own standalone intellectual property.
B. FL Studio Project Files (FLPs) & Remakes
All FL Studio project files, templates and track remakes sold or distributed on this Site are provided strictly for educational and learning purposes. You are licensed to deconstruct, inspect and learn from the arrangement, sound design, sound processing and mixing techniques.
You may not:
Re-release, distribute, or commercially exploit the project file arrangement or melody as an original song without transformative modification.
Submit the original project audio, unedited melody, or stems to digital distributors, streaming platforms, or digital fingerprinting services (e.g., YouTube Content ID).
Resell or upload the FLP or its individual stems to third-party marketplaces.

2. Intellectual Property
All content hosted on this Site - including graphics, logos, artwork, audio demos, project files and digital downloads - is the exclusive property of Anas Sameer Music or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of any site assets or commercial products is strictly prohibited.

3. Refunds and Returns (All Sales Final)
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of downloadable assets, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered or downloaded.
We strongly encourage you to listen to audio demos, read product descriptions carefully and check DAW version and third-party plugin requirements prior to purchasing. If you experience technical difficulties (e.g., a broken link or corrupted archive), please reach out to our support team within 7 days of purchase and we will ensure you receive fully functional files.

4. Software & Third-Party Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring your system meets the necessary software requirements (e.g., compatible DAW version and required third-party VST/AU plugins) specified on each product page. Anas Sameer Music does not provide licenses, installers, or support for third-party software hosts or plugins.

5. Digital Delivery & Download Access
Upon completing your purchase, your download links are presented immediately on the order confirmation screen and sent via automated email. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your purchased digital archives to personal storage. If you lose access to your downloads, contact us with your order details and proof of purchase to request re-delivery.

6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through our available gateways (including Razorpay and PayPal). By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the total amount due, including applicable taxes or currency conversion fees.

7. User Conduct
By using our Site, you agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent activity, payment chargeback abuse, or unauthorized card transactions.
Circumvent or attempt to disable digital file delivery mechanisms, checkout systems, or site security.
Distribute viruses, bots, or malicious code that impairs the functionality of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty
All products are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Anas Sameer Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated revision date.
