Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a product (such as an FLP, sample pack, or preset bank) has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or revoked. Unlike licensed software with account activations, we cannot restrict access or revoke usage once the files have been delivered.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, preview materials, audio demos and required plugin versions/DAW requirements before making a purchase.
